Praying for the children, youth and families we serve is one of the most important ways you can support the United Methodist Children’s Home. Please check back, as we will update this page regularly with new requests.

Join us as we pray.

• Pray for our students who have just begun a new school year – many of them away at college for the first time. Pray that these youth will find good friends and the support that they need to begin this new journey.

• Pray for our Short-term Housing families – some who are starting new jobs and some who are continuing the job search.

• Pray for our Foster Care families as they nurture their children and provide for their well-being.

• Pray for our staff who balance the work of caring for UMCH’s children and families with the responsibilities of caring for their own children and families. In recent days, many are dealing with tragedies, unexpected losses, and health issues concerning family members. Pray that they will experience a community of support and experience renewed energy for all that they do.
