1) Senior Resident Counselor (full time)

Location: Based in main office – Decatur, GA
Description: Provides direct supervision to staff working in a residential, group home setting. Maintains the staffing pattern of the cottage; provides training, direction and supervision of all staff in the cottage. Coordinates the needs of the residents in the cottage, including transportation to appointments and court, and assures that their daily needs for clothing and food are met. Assures that all standards for provision of residential care are in accordance with state regulations. Participates in a multi-disciplinary team approach to residential care. Maintains a therapeutic environment in the cottage through participation in treatment team meetings, facilitating regular team meetings and ongoing supervision of the direct care staff.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s level professional (including psychology, counseling or social work). Will consider an individual with a high school diploma and a minimum of three (3) years of experience working with children and youth in a group setting and in a responsible leadership role.

2) Resident Counselor (part time) – two positions available

Location: Based in main office – Decatur, GA
Description: These positions are 24 hours per week and pay $11.00 per hour. The hours are on Friday and Saturday nights from 11 p.m. to 11 a.m. the next morning. The job requires the successful candidate to work in an on-campus cottage, providing structure and supervision to the residents who live in the cottage.

3) Resident Counselor (full time)

Location: Based in main office – Decatur, GA
Description: These positions are 40 hours per week and pay $11.00 per hour with full benefits. There are two available schedules: every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and two 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. weekday shifts, or Monday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. Work with a cottage treatment team providing care and supervision to the residents who live in the cottage.
