Reporting to the Vice President of Programs, the Director ILP/TLP (Independent Living Programs/Transitional Living Programs) is responsible for the overall operation of the on-campus independent living program, and the community-based transitional living program. The purpose of this position is to facilitate the growth of young adults which will lead toward a higher level of independence upon their exit from these programs. • Education Coordinator
Reporting to the Vice President of Programs, the Education Coordinator is responsible to develop and maintain a varied program of services for UMCH clients including support services, advocacy, and advocacy training, as well as serve as a liaison for accountability. • Facilities Technician/HVAC
Reporting to the Facilities Supervisor, the Facilities Technician is responsible for completing work orders to maintain and repair the physical structure of buildings and grounds, and diagnosing problems and making repairs in areas such as, but not limited to: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, dry wall repair, appliance maintenance, carpet cleaning and exterior structure maintenance.
